Donation Form

This form allows sponsors to donate to the Selwyn Elementary Red Ribbon Reading (RRR) program. You only need to submit one form, even for multiple students—all listed students will receive classroom participation credit.

If you're donating based on reading hours, total the hours for all students; the calculation here is for your reference only. Reading hours are submitted through charts turned in to the school.

Upon completion, you'll receive an email receipt. Donations to the PTA are tax-deductible.
