All Things Middle School with Michelle Icard

Go ahead. Ask anything.

Are you worried about your child’s transition to middle school? Do you want to understand more about how to help your child navigate social media, peer pressure, sibling squabbling, or increased academic demands? And how much independence should you be giving your child during these years? Please join us on April 4 from 8:30-9:30 in the Media Center for coffee and a casual Q&A session with nationally recognized middle school expert, Michelle Icard, author of “Middle School Makeover: Improving the Way You and Your Child Experience the Middle School Years.”

The Alexander Graham Middle School Administration and PTO will also be present to share insights about the AGMS experience. Information about the new attendance boundaries and what AG is doing to support all students will also be shared.

All parents are welcome. Please use this link to submit anonymous questions in advance so Michelle can address specific concerns. She’ll cover the first 10 questions received or the topics that come up most frequently. You can find out more about Michelle at her website. We hope to see you there!
