Communication Request Form

Please give as much lead time as possible to ensure your request is fulfilled on time. 

• Eagle Email requests must be submitted no later than Wednesday at 11:59pm for publication in a Saturday Eagle Email.
• Social Media requests require a minimum of 36-hour turnaround time and requested timing may be shifted to accommodate existing social media requests.  

To facilitate your request, when requesting for multiple formats on this form, please provide specific language for each requested format (for example, a couple sentences for the Eagle Email, but a short line with date details for the message board).
